Effective 26 July 2026 · ClosKar is operated by MZZI Digitals (“MZZI”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers people who enquire about properties through MZZI campaigns (“leads”) and the brokerage teams who use the ClosKar console.
1.What we collect
If you enquired about a property:
- Identity and contact details you share — name, phone number, email.
- Your conversation with our AI assistant and the brokerage team on WhatsApp.
- Calls with the brokerage — recordings, transcripts and summaries, where permitted by law and disclosed on the call.
- Your consent record — the exact consent text you affirmed, its version, the time, your IP address at submission, and the channels it covers.
- Campaign attribution — which advertisement or page brought you (UTM parameters, click identifiers).
- Your stated preferences — budget, unit type, timeline — as shared in conversation.
If you are a console user (broker, manager, executive): your account details (name, email, role) and console activity.
2.How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, answer questions about the project, and arrange calls or site visits you ask for.
- To route your enquiry to the right person in the brokerage team.
- To maintain an evidence record when an enquiry is billed to the brokerage as a qualified lead.
- To measure campaign performance and improve the service.
We do not sell personal data.
3.Consent and opting out
We contact you on the basis of the consent you give when you submit an enquiry (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). You can opt out at any time — reply “STOP” on WhatsApp or tell the team on any call. Opt-out is permanent: your number is suppressed and no further outreach happens on any channel, including re-engagement campaigns.
4.Who we share it with
- The brokerage whose project you enquired about — your enquiry is handled on their behalf.
- Service providers who process data for us: Meta (WhatsApp messaging), our telephony provider (call connectivity and recordings), AI model providers (message understanding and drafting), and cloud infrastructure hosts.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Each brokerage’s data is isolated at the database level; one brokerage can never see another’s leads.
5.Retention
Lead records are kept while the brokerage relationship is active and as long as needed for billing evidence, dispute resolution and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Consent and opt-out records are kept longer, because they are the proof that we honour them.
6.Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based inside each brokerage workspace, exports are permission-gated and logged, and phone numbers are masked in the console for non-owner roles.
7.Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time. Write to mzzidigitals@gmail.com — we respond within the timelines the DPDP Act prescribes. If you are unsatisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
8.Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions: mzzidigitals@gmail.com.
